i actually think im a better person from living with him since i was about 12. i know how to be with my family by pretty much doing the opposite of him. when i was in high school, i had chores to do before he got home from work. if everything was not perfect, he would start yelling and screaming at me for the stupid little things.

My dad was the same way, my wife also dislike him because he chooses his wife (my actual mom) over his kids. Are you his only child or first born son? Your dad is just old school like mine but would never tell me to abort a child...now my mom in the other hand is fucking crazy and would say something like that. I can tell you I don't speak to her at all.

I can tell you from experience, love your dad for what he is. Without him you wouldn't be here. And he won't always be here.

When he's gone, all the couldda/shouldda/wouldda in the world is just pissing in the wind.
