It's because you didn't use any nonstick cooking spray and you sat down to eat first before cleaning it. We've had one ever since the kids were old enough to eat solid food. It is perfect for cooking up some quick hot dogs, burgers, brauts, smoked sausage, etc, for the kids. Easy clean up and the kids aren't old enough to care if the meat been coked over charcoal, gas, wood, etc, so it works out well.

The ones with the removable plates are much easier to clean - a little cooking spray, and a quick rinse and light scrub while its still warm, and it's as easy as can be.Originally posted by Mustangman_2000 View PostI had for a while, but ended up throwing it away. Was a bitch to clean.
