First, medications are there because they can HELP a person become more in control and be able to solve issues. They are not the absolute solution, but can definitely assist a person in getting more level-headed and in the position to better analyze their current situation; therefore, coming up with more reasonable solutions. If a person is bi-polar should they be able to overcome the chemical imbalance without the assistance of medication? Are they too weak if they are unable to do so? True depression is a real condition and unless you can get them out of it to see the light at the end of the tunnel or think more rationally, their actions may be more detrimental to themselves and others.

Second, Texas is a no-fault state. It doesn't matter if he has video of her fucking the guy on his own kitchen counter-it's not going to change the outcome of the case.

My dad is bi-polar so is a few others in my family. Meds ended up making shit worse, sometimes it helps other times it doesnt, according to OP it made shit worse. I was suggesting proof because she cant try and turn shit around on him if he has something against her. Sort of sitting something on the back burner type thing

In the end it means nothing. At best he could use it for psychological warfare, and hope that she is too stupid to know otherwise. I'd concentrate in other areas, and his number one priority should be distribution of wealth and debt. Make your moves without waiting and be ruthless.
