I'd look around on the City's website, and do some digging to see if he's a registered sex offender. If she can point him out by a mugshot, I'd think the police would have to do something at that point. I know I get little cards in the mail if one moves in, in like a 5 mile radius. I believe that stuff can be found on the city's police website, though.


But, priority #1 would be to buy a pistol, and teach her how to shoot it. I'd tell her to keep it on her person at ALL times, even inside the house. I've got a dog you can borrow, if you want. Great with kids, but if someone were to break the perimeter, she's a vicious, cold, hateful bitch.

And I really didn't have to train her, she just took to it naturally. There were some suspicious characters walking down the street a few months back, and the bitch was popping the window so hard to get at them, she cracked a couple panes of glass. lol.

You can get a pump action shotgun for about 250. Or borrow a gun from a family member until fate catches up with the weirdo.

You can also get a motion sensing alarm to put on your patio. They make some that are wirless and run off batteries. Mount it on the patio and if tripped, it sets off an audible alert. It will scare him, and you will knwo of anyone is out there.

Also expect this person is watching people leave and enter the apartment.
