If you have documentation on the deal and he has no reciepts to prove he's paid up call the cops in the city he lives in and request assistance. once you and the cop are there, take your bike back. If you dont have any paper work good luck. maybe a civil matter.

Im telling you, I followed him for 2 months solid and the first sign of anyone getting close to him, he would jump on the bike and run, or jump in his truck and shag ass. He knows what he does is wrong and doesn't want to catch the business end of a gun so he steers clear of trouble.
