Seriously though, if you could find some clear plastic "material handling hose" in a size big enough, that would work if you want a ribbed one. Or maybe a cheapo plastic or vinyl shower curtain?

Just use a hoolahoop around waist covered in plastic, well atleast thats how the last condom came out when it broke on me, all I had was a latex ring
