Alton Brown is doing a book signing tonight at the Barnes & Noble in Frisco, starts at 7pm but you gotta have a wristband. The 80 guaranteed seats are gone, so everything else is standing room only. I called up there and they said everyone with a wristband is guaranteed to attend the Q&A session as well as the book signing afterwards. They're doing the wristbands in groups, they're currently on group F, dunno how many people are in each group. Apparently if you go up there and buy the newest book, you get a wristband and they tell you approximately what time to come back. Who knows... just an FYI for the foodies out there!
