Can't stand either. Chicken express is just plain bland. There's no seasoning.

I have not tried the Chicken Express serendipity seasoning but I hate cream gravy (and they give you a gallon) so I keep BBQ sauce in the fridge at work.

Chicken Express does not fly out of my butt like some of you but there is a difference between stores.

Chicken Express has packets of seasoning called Serendipity seasoning, and they have a hot version as well. They don't put it on automatically. You have to ask for the packets if in the drive thru. If you go inside, it's next to the salt, pepper, lids, etc. It's fantastic.
