If it came with nitrogen from the factory, there should not be an extra fee.
If it didn't, I highly doubt they deflated all the tires on every single car and filled them with nitrogen when they took it off the trailer before putting it on lot.
I had one salesman admit that they do not have a nitrogen tank. He also suggested that if I ever had a dealership try to get me to pay for it that I should ask to see their nitrogen tank.
I have also seen dealerships charge for pinstripping... I don't want no freaking pinstripping. lol

First thing I picked up on as well. Not to mention, if you weren't wanting any "suprises" after driving 2 hours, that would certainly have been a good thing to disclose.
