There some shop[s you can rent off Blue Mound/Willow Springs and hwy 287 that start around 275 with elec and water and most have bathrooms in them. I have not far from there that is 1250 sqft with a bathroom and pay 425.00

My apartments have garages, 10X20s with some electrical provisions. I was thinking I could find something better, for cheaper but maybe not. I may end up resorting to that.

Hmm I think I ran across those on a random google search. $275 is not too bad although its got to be at the top range of what I want to spend.

I think I might just look at these apartment garages a little closer until I'm ready to get into a house. Who knows...
