Weird.
I usually just walk into a local auto parts store and pick up those kinds of part. If they don't have it in stock, they just simply order it from the warehouse or another store. And then I go about my day. The only place I order parts online is Summit or Jegs. I went into a local Vatozone the other day to get some 3M trim adhesive. They were out, but it ordered for me from somewhere. They called me 4 hours later and I picked it up.

The nearest napa was about 15 miles or 30 mins away. I called them and they didn't have the part. So I asked them to order it over the phone. They wouldn't do that, they required me to drive to the store and pay for it first and then come back and pick it up. So that would have been 2 hours of my time or 60 miles. Screw that. Plus they wanted me to pay for shipping LOL.Originally posted by Tyrone Biggums View PostWhy would you order a part online that you could have gone to any store and more than likely had the same day and not had to pay shipping? Why wait two months to try and get your money back or resolve the issue?
I've been trying to get the product or my money back for some time now. I've only got one reply from napaonline and that was 9/10/11. The original post talks about this.

In that case, it probably would have been worth the extra few bucks to walk into your nearest local Ford parts house (assuming it's a ford) and pick it up. I'd pay and extra $20 bucks or so to avoid the hassle you're going through.Originally posted by 2011GT View PostUnfortunately napa only sells the part and napa is about 30 mins away and its not a part they keep stock of in store
And I'll go ahead and be nice.....In the past I've ordered a part from auto parts warehouse online. It was smooth and uneventful.
