i have a co worker that just signed a 1 year apt lease with his girlfriend, well now they broke up and both there names are on the lease.

He wants to move out but she refuses to release his name of the lease. He has already talked to the apt people but they cannot do anything unless she signs it.

The guy is from Kentucky and has no one here in TX, he is currently living in a hotel and is trying to get an apartment but cannot since his name is already on another lease. I'm just trying to help him out in anyway possible....

any serious help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep. Every guy has that trashy broad on the side that knows its strictly sex. She won't give a fuck about the ex girlfriend being there.
