I've had 3 jh4dc2 integras and none have been stolen... just dont put a big ass turbo/flaunt it/big ass intercooler/ post pics with your plates, and race every mustang ls1 you see and i doubt it will get stolen... they are past their prime since the last dc2 was made in 01...

I don't know what you're looking for but if it's a daily driver, a crown vic. You can't kill 'em. You can also get a nice 87-93 5.0 for that price. Also, if you can find a good deal on an e36 M3...that would be a really fun car to have.
