    Name this breed



    Looking to adopt this one if he can pass some hurdles (temperment, personality, etc) He's evidently been mistreated so has some timidness issues to work out.

    He's 2 yrs old, 40 lbs and the current owner/caretaker is saying hes a Bordeaux mix. That's a mastiff line, so the age/weight don't match up, but others have said Boxer which I can agree with.

    Any thoughts?

    (yeah, saw the cropped ears, lets not go down that road - kthxbye)

    Any other pics to help? I'd say he looks more french mastiff/pit bull than boxer mid from that picture.

            That would definitely help, pics can be deceiving, especially at an angle like this one.

                        Majority of Eva's chewing was because she was bored, so I'm looking for a playmate/ buddy for her to occupy her time. Better than being alone. Ive got her gated into the breakfast/kitchen area during the day so 80% of the house is "safe" from further destruction.
