I believe the correct term you're trying to infer here is "couldn't care less". If you "could care less" then you not only care, you possess a measurable level of caring from which feeling could be subtracted.

I have yet to make a DWI arrest based on SFST evidence only to have them pass the breathalyzer/blood draw. In fact the closest to the legal limit I have personally arrested on was .104, I think.

The no refusal warrants are just that, a search warrant signed by a judge. If a judge signs the warrant blindly, without the required PC, then the warrant will get thrown out. However, I don't see a judge risking his career on a Class B.

Knowing what I know now, if I was pulled over for DWI by one of these dirty, constitution stomping, jack booted thugs ya'll speak of I would gladly do the SFSTs. If he decided I was intoxicated the first thing out of my mouth would be a request for a breathalyzer/blood draw. If you have not been drinking or taking drugs the blood draw will obviously prove it. The breathalyzer will not detect any drugs.

Pretty easy. When the breathalyzer shows .000 its pretty hard to argue that you are under the influence of alcohol. If they want to say they suspect it is some type of drug then a blood test is the only way to prove it.

A person cannot be booked for DUI based solely on the FST? The officer doesnt have to allow you to prove your innocence by letting you to give blood or do a breathalyzer exam. It would then be your word against the State...and we all know how that ends up.
