After all the school shootings that have gone down how could they react any different? If they would have backed off and the kid ended up having a real gun then killed a few kids. The police would have been villified.

This whole area "the valley" is pure democrat so they are making a HUGE deal about this. I know it's made national news and stuff but it's different being right here. it's kind of sickening really. How else is an officer supposed to react? I fully believe that the situation was handled in the right way. It didn't end ideally, but it ended in the best possible way.
