I know they were doing one thing we were... Watching the planes leave and wishing we were on it no matter where it was going.

That's the truth, when I was at MCRD San Diego, those fucking planes were the biggest mindfuck to me. The DI's never really got to me, but seeing those fuckers taking off gets to almost everyone.
