I was quoted about $3,000 for a job that I did for about $1200 myself. I used the galvanized 8' poles set in Quickrete, pressure treated 2x4x16' runners, pressure treated pickets, aSimpson Strongtie hardware, and pressure treated wood screws.

Matt, only thing that would have made that better is a 2x6 kicker board on the bottom (pressure treated of course). That will save the slats from weed eater and sprinkler system damage.
