Sucks. One of my main training partners had his ACL fixed today sucks.

I remember when you tore that knee up at NAGA. Hope it's a speedy recovery.

Yeah, wasn't fun at all. I wouldn't bother with it if I didn't have to at this point. But it's full ACL/MCL and miniscus. Long recovery, no BJJ for me for awhile.

Knee reconstruction is this year. I will be having it completely repaired this year. I had to wait for the new due to insurance stuff. It won't be fun at all, I hate having surgery because it always makes me so sick afterwards. And then the long physical therapy I've heard so much about that I'm really dreading.

I'll tell ya this...Melinda broke all 3 bones in her ankle July 30th which turned out to be a 4 hour surgery, then had shoulder and elbow surgery 3 weeks ago and she is still in physical therapy with her ankle. Its a bitch for sure.

I think its funny that after the board being up for 12 years, people still are trying to " run off" veteran memebers.. Just accept them for their quirks and move on.. but i guess thats the life blood drama of dfwm

Amen to that sir. I'm not interested in the negativity, so I'll just ignore it. I just want to have fun and live life while I'm here on this planet. Life is too precious to focus on the negative all the time.
