All of the TT&L were done at my credit union, so as far as the registration part goes that is done, but I am waiting for the new plates to come in which can take 2 weeks.

guy, you're making a mountain out of mole hill. since you went through your CU and they took care of the paperwork, your copy of the loan documents [that they should have handed you], will cover you until you receive the new plates. just keep your insurance card and copy of your CU loan docs in the glove compartment. drive the car and stop worrying about nothing. when the new tags arrive, change them.

When I bought my C6, the guy took the plates and threw some Allan Samuels Dodge logo plate on there. I had no problems at all for the 3-4 days that I drove it before getting plates.
