Looks like a photoshop to me. In fact, I looked at the slideshow on the first link and pretty much all of those pictures look completely out of context and do not clearly appear to be legit.

Believe it or not, I vaguely recall seeing that house floating out to sea in one of the many video clips released immediately after the tsunami hit. This might be a shop of that, but I do recall that house before...
