Man, I forgot all about those, Chris. My dad and uncles used to have a bunch they'd take camping with us every year.

we tried to make some but only had knives.. I think with a cut off wheel or fine tooth band saw or something like that it would be pretty easy

I remember those from the 80's. I don't remember what we did with them, once we came of age...the second time. I'm in the group that was legal at 18 for about 6 weeks, then they raised the legal age to 19, and then 21 and did not grandfather anyone. I was always the wrong age.

I think there were more cops on Congress than actual hotrods and partiers. Special thanks to the officer that was screaming at people jaywalking and came over to make sure we were aware of his authority after we heckled him.

I thought the cops were really laid back and let people get away with a lot of stuff. All the annoying ass reving they could have been writing tickets like crazy

Oh yea, I saw DOHC walking around the show on Saturday wearing his white polo shirt and famous sunglasses. I think his dad parked next time me on congress for a little while too, but Im not 100% sure it was him.

I ran into Crash at the Petro station on the way to the show. Very nice guy.

I ran into a few members while I was in my car, I wish I'd of had more time to talk to you guys but one time I was holding traffic, other we were leaving and I had to follow my buddy to get a good spot on congress. I was kinda expecting to run into more members on foot, but I guess we never crossed paths.

It was nice meeting the few I met!
