And they will get a trial... Criminals get put in jail and are forced to bond out before trial if they want to get out...Originally posted by Sean88gt View PostIndeed, but even criminals are entitled to a trial instead of just being thrown into jail.
Nothing different is being done here that I see.

They haven't stolen shit. That would be like a thief hiding stolen shit in your garage without you knowing it then you getting arrested for it being there.Originally posted by jewozzy View PostHow is it unjust? They're thieves..."Any dog under 50lbs is a cat and cats are pointless." - Ron Swanson

No it would be like you opening your garage and then offering criminals to put stolen items in there. They know exactly whats going on with their website just like all of us did... They should have found a way to properly regulate it...Originally posted by jdgregory84 View PostThey haven't stolen shit. Well, then if he posted bond, his site should be put back up until the trial is complete. It's also an offshore company.Originally posted by jewozzy View PostAnd they will get a trial... Criminals get put in jail and are forced to bond out before trial if they want to get out...

Any of the stuff seized in the case should not be turned back on as it is evidence. I'm sure a stipulation of his bond will be to not do what he is being investigated for until his attorneys can either show proof its not illegal or until the case is disposed of... And it was an offshore company working within the United States.Originally posted by Sean88gt View PostWell, then if he posted bond, his site should be put back up until the trial is complete.
