Was talking about this today, and googled the article. This was the second link....

I saw pitbulls all over the freeway during my summer in Houston last year. None of them were hit by cars.

A lot of them get killed after a fight, and dumped on the freeway. That could've been Dallas dudes dumping their losing dogs on the way home.
