There's a dude that makes his rounds to raid the dumpsters near my apartment every morning on a hoverround with a train of shopping carts tied together behind him to haul his load. It's spectacular, and the rear carriage even has bicycle wheels on the back.

Around Waco lately I have noticed a drastic increase in the amount of black people riding hoveround/electric scooters around town. These arent old ladies and whatnot either, but people aged 25-40 rolling around the hood wearing nice clothes. Is this unique to my location or has anyone else noticed?

The other is some woman that looks like some kind of secretary or something. Nice. Blacks sure do love whatever makes them look completely retarded don't they?
