I had no idea it was half pit until I was looking at it face to face. The head/jaw is more square than a GS, and I could count his teeth. That dog had bad breath.

The "kid" is a high school senior, but yes. The dog went down on all fours and immediately stopped any aggression. I let go of the collar as soon as the owner grabbed it.
