So, did he lead them on a chase? He didn't make a stop at a stop sign, and he got beat in front of his house. Sounds like he didn't stop when they flashed the lights.

Reading the story, there is a lot of room for the "victims" to have been really fucking up and plenty of room for the media to be straight up liars (which DOES happen a lot) and/or completely omitting other facts.

    On the surface though, FTP!

If I sneeze my camera comes on. It would look really suspicious if I pulled up on a stop and turned my cameras off. Ours stay on the server for around three mounths and auto download from a hard drive in the car. All that shit is under lock and key. DPD uses the same system we do accept they may not have it in all their cars, most do though. Not sure on HPD. The old school VHS tapes you could have probably tampered with but they were under lock and key also. Problem is with those night shift changed them out and I could see one being lost if people were shady enough.

Not going to judge this one since there is nothing to go by but allegations. Husband could've beat her ass for all we know...

true, DPD "lost" the footage of me taking the ride downtown after i refused the breathalyzer since i was very coherently discussing the officers shotgun and yessir and no sirring him to death and such during the ride.

Not that I am aware of. However she may have jumped up in their faces and interjected herself into the middle of it. I still can not imagine taking a video card. FYI you can be arrested for pedestrian in roadway, interfering with investigation, disregarding a police officer etc etc. I wasnt there so I dont know. Orrrrrr they could have kicked his ass and then hers when she came out to softly inquire about the incident from her doorway. Who knows at this point.
