And if you dont mind traveling to work, apply out of state. I know a lot of positions in North Dakota and Pennsylvania pay for your flights to/from home for your days off. Like CalFrac told me part of the crew they are putting together for Pennsylvania was 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off back home, and they pay for your flights to and from home, plus your daily per diem for food, plus hotel/loding, plus your hourly rate plus safety/stage bonus.
