        The guy that got shot in the shoulder was interviewed on the news tonight. He said the female officer shot him.

        If I were his lawyer, I'd subpoena all of her qualification scores from day 1.

          I'd do the same thing. Unfortuantely, the noneconomic damages are capped at $250K when suing a city in Texas. That's probably enough to cover getting shot in the arm, but it sure wasn't when the daughter of an attorney in my office was hit by a DPD officer back in the late 90's. Not that money can ever replace a human, but $250K made it hurt a little more.
