2. How the fuck can someone take samples of a contrail that fell to the Earth? Has any one ever seen a contrail just float down like a god-damned leaf?

Now I have no idea if the government has or hasn't ever sprayed some sort of aerial substance in the 100+ years of manned flight, but to say your every day contrail is part of some sort of government conspiracy is beyond idiotic.

SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.

In this Act:

(1) The term `space' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space.

(2)(A) The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following:

(i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by--

(I) firing one or more projectiles to collide with that object;

(II) detonating one or more explosive devices in close proximity to that object;

(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.
(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;

(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;

(v) laser weapons systems;

(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and

(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

Dude I'm not even getting into it with you if you don't understand the basic elements of condensation. Sometimes you're just too dumb to speak to. This is the same reason I don't have conversations with chimpanzees at the zoo.

And for your information - I consider the chemtrails conspiracy theory to be the crown jewel of stupidity all of mankind exhibits. IT is single handedly the dumbest theory ever constructed. Not only does it have zero basis on reality, you have to be laughably ignorant to the point of psychotic to believe it.

I didn't watch the videos, but I did dig through quite a few of the the links, not a single one of them said they were actually doing it that I read. Eugenics? C'mon man, seriously? You're a fucking idiot without an ounce of proper skepticism. You read something that sounds halfway plausible then you jump on it like it's truth without knowing anything about the subject matter, or knowing how to dig for information.
