Mine used the dogs nickname to call him, rhymed with jigger.Originally posted by BradM View PostMy wife's grandpa had a dog named "Black Boy" and he lived in a low class neighborhood. Luckily he was never shot while calling his dog.
Lucky he didn't live anywhere like this. His issues were mainly protestants

After cooking Bacon, sausage, meat etc take the grease run off and pour it over his food. My labs coat is the shiniest I've ever seen after doing this a few months. Something my grandfather always did growing up no idea if its legit.Originally posted by PUSHROD View PostHave a 3 year old pit, that in the last 4-8 months his coats been turning brownish. Haven't changed his food anything else that I can think of. I know he isn't shedding, have brushed n bathed him. Anybody have any input that might help.

On a side note, I eat a lot of chicken fried steaks and now I'm bald. I hope you don't feed those to your dog, a bald pit would be sad.Originally posted by Yale View PostThe color expression of an animal's coat doesn't have anything to do with its diet, OP. It's genetic. What a jackass question!
