anyone want to run comps. we were gonna refinance our house and the bank is valuing it 14k lower then it is appraised by the county. i understand that the county is gonna try to get every penny that they can. but that is a huge difference.

by the way, I called a bank in Denton today and got quoted 3.25 for 15yr and I think it was 3.85 for 30yr
