I'd ask for a copy of the notes/entries/etc in the case to help solidify your documentation. If they've updated that with entries that support your story, it'll help any lawyer quite a bit.


The only thing I see online is in regards to their toilet bowl cleaner. Not a thorough search though.

If you're not looking for damages beyond what you're out on the repair, a lawyer may be a waste of money. I'd just blow their phone up daily, write e-mails to executives citing your information, and if all else fails start clorox-gate: the lid exposure.
