The 5.0 motor just a year, I can give you a list of new 5.0's 700-900 h.p. range
All you do is bolt a blower on!

Yeah if you buy it new. How much is an ls2 or ls3 new from gm? id be willing to bet its upwards of 4k+... I have seen used 5.0 coyote sell for 3k and less with low miles. Remember they put the 5.0 in the trucks also, and a lot of trucks for that matter.. i would still go windsor. You could build a 408, with good compression, good heads, and custom cam for less then 4k that will make 500 hp to the tires through a 5 speed. Hell i have less then 2k in my 347 that makes over 400 to the tires with lots of room for improvement..Originally posted by "MrEd" View PostI agree but it's 3x's the cost
