Assembling brakes for multiple military/commercial aircraft. We need a few component techs and especially in need for someone with NDI experience.

Already looking up. The level of stress has been massively depleted. I'm resting, spending time with family and clearing my head. I did learn/reaffirm that I'm not a company yes man and that individuality is punished in corporate America. I wanted to live normal for a bit and quickly decided that it wasn't for me. Now I just need to figure out what I want to do for awhile to earn the green before going back to school.

At this point we began discussions with HR to have her removed. Our VP of HR (the Hitleresque figure that bounced me) came down to talk to her and 2 things happened, 1) The Warehouse manager pulled the "They are targeting me because I am a woman and because I'm a bull-lesbian" and 2) the VP of HR decided to put her in leadership training because she hadn't been given the skills to effectively complete her job.

HR has found that it is easier to protect one "alternative lifestyle"/female/minority person than to replace 50 white males.

Both are probably true to some extent. She came after me very personally and it wasn't an issue of job performance it was that I somehow pissed off the VP or HR and it became her mission to end me.

Going steadily downhill! Profiting every quarter, but employees are the ones suffering!

Do we work at the same place? Management is in the shitter. I enjoy going to work just to see what kind of trainwreck will happen next.

I didn't know I worked with a couple stangers...and the trainwreck I go to work to witness always seems to involve me...usually putting the penny on the track to cause it, though.

Things are about to seriously look up for me though. I'm working on completing a couple of steps, then will be able to walk out while flipping the bird to the micromanaging HNIC.
