Nothing wrong with that! But Plush doesn't sound like the best answer to his party woes unless him and the rest of his friends don't mind paying $8-12 per drink, and not have a place to sit unless they buy a bottle @ $250-350 each. But, I do like their music!(unless that's changed since I've been there last)

Tomorrow night I'm going to my roommate's birthday party at a place called "Chill" in Grapevine. Been there several times, and it isn't bad at all. Not expensive, not an upperclass lounge or anything like that. Don't know if that's a good suggestion, but it is about mid-way between Ft Worth and Plano.

I'll second this place. Not a fancy joint but slightly upscale.

For a hole in the wall lazy bones in grapevine is one of my favorite spots
