Fresco = no cheese or sour cream. has pico instead. just a way to mix it up a little.

Taco Casa, while nothing special, is leaps and bounds better than Taco Bell. I like Doritos, but that shit just sounds nasty. I can't bring myself to try one. Eh, maybe when I'm really wasted I will.

Okay, talked my wife into making a healthy taco salad version tonight:

Baked Doritos
ground turkey
lettuce, tomato, hot sauce, etc.

all crunched up and mixed together in a big bowl. Yum.
