There's some stuff a buddy gave me from verizon, Technu it will help keep you from getting it (if applied before when going to be around it), can be used to wash the oil off if you think you've gotten into it, and also be used to help treat it and keep from spreading. You'll have to google it to find a supplier.

Use bleach on a cotton ball and dab it to help dry it up and kill it off. Mainly try not to scratch it and wash your hands regularly. Don't take baths until you get rid of it as this can allow the oil from it to spread around on you. I try to take cool showers to also help keep it from spreading.
