Lol, I don't WANT to be able to drink that much! It would become quite expensive. 3/4 of a handle will put me in La-La Land. Half is usually my top limit. I go beyond that and Don starts getting slapped.

Leah always gives me a hard time about bar tabs. I can do 5-6 doubles (with upcharges for mixers) without being trashed, but at $8-$10 a drink, it adds up quick. If I don't pre-game it's more like 8-10. That's one of the reasons we go out less and do house-g2gs more often that not.

I can get a handle of Monopolowa for about $23 and a 4 pack of redbull for $8, and still have a lot of vodka left over.. That's like $100 in a bar not including leftovers.

if you didnt drink the same drinks as a 20 year old woman, they wouldnt be 15 bucks a drink

my tab on thursdays for two, with food, is usually 60 bucks.

Amen to that! The last time my wife and I went out out our tab was $240 drinking well drinks. Just for the 2 of us. And I felt a slight buzz. That did include $24.00 in food and was over about 4 hours time.

I try to limit my consumption to ~375ml/day. It creeps up over half a liter all too often

I don't see how you stomach that much. The older I get, the more my gut just won't take it anymore. I cut loose and drank maybe a half a 750 of Knob Creek Saturday night and my stomach was in knots all day yesterday.
