Alcohol vendors cut off Majestic(Centennial)?

not a ton left at all as far as vodka or bourbon selection goes. There's scotch and tequila out the ass, but I didn't check prices.

Looks like the biggest discounts are on wine, didn't check beer.

As for the booze I bought, I saved about 30 bucks on 200 worth of booze as compared to Spec's with the 5% cash discount.

Also if you like the cheap booze, So-Co, like my roommate does, it's pretty cheap.
750 of So Co Lime for 12 bucks, and Cherry for 13 bucks.

I was hoping someone would head out to see what the discounts would be. I don't expect anything spectacular, but I'm going anyways. The one by me never really seemed to move any bombers, so hopefully they will be blowing them out.

There three spots in Roanoke to get booze now. Spot by the McDonald's on 377 and another by Wal-Mart on 377. Seems a bit saturated to me and hard to make money.

There are like 6 in a 10 mile range.. It is pretty ridiculous but there always busy. Centennial always has a full parking lot as does the other one near McDonalds. Not too sure on the Walmart one as I try not to go there.

no that's been on the shelf for a while. the 15 year is all they had left and it said 68.99 on the shelf, but might have a few dollars knocked off. Don said he paid 65ish for it.

Well, almost everything I saw tonight is still cheaper at Total Wine and Spec's. They are still way too proud of their beer. I'll check back on Saturday, but they clearly aren't desperate enough for me yet.

I picked up two bottles of Balcones, a Macallan 12 yr, and Balvenie 12 yr. They were out of most things except for scotch and cheap swill. Some of the clearance pricing was a joke.

I like the doublewood because I'm primarily a bourbon drinker. I might have to stop by again and grab a bottle of 15 yr though. The whole scotch aisle was pretty much full at 75/Walnut Hill.
