TLC does. Not sure on Star Tire. Unless there is something funky about your wheel, of course. But yeah, 98% of wheels are turned around in 24 hours. I haven't spoke to him in a while, might want to make sure he can do a 22". When I worked there we couldn't, but I'm almost positive that has changed.

Star tire quoted $165+tax and m&b included.
Wheels america quoted $135 (any size) + m&b= $155+tax

I hit that one in a buddy's truck. Tore the tie rod up, bent the wheel, and blasted the tire. Glad I didn't hit it in my mazda.
