I will try Kennys and Stans pretty soon because those two places are within a few miles of me.

Any other places i should try ? I'm in The Colony.

I've had most of the burgers around here:

Five Guys (my favorite), Smashburger, Whataburger, Larrys, Burger Island, Twisted Root, Mooya, Scotty P, Jakes, Village Burger Bar (really terrible) , In and Out (not the one in Tx, but overrated)

My favorite burger place used to be Ball's hamburgers off NW hwy, but I haven't been there since I was probably 17-18

Still haven't tried Twisted Root or any of the other places listed (besides the fast food joints) but I hear from most people that Twisted Root is overpriced and overrated. I still wanna try it though.

I agree with Brent, Kincaids is a pretty bland burger. And no fast food chain should be listed on a "best burger" poll

Don't get me wrong. Twisted Root is decent. But burgers, sides, ad soda/tea will set you back 13-15 per person. I wouldn't even consider them from a best burger list though.

My burgers are pretty goddamn tasty, and I'm a food snob as it is, so I'm difficult to please. I like a thick patty, I want flavor, but nothing that overpowers the beef (aka snuffer's, too salty), and I LOVE an egg on my burger, and not your typical bun. Half the fucking places on that list are using frozen, pre made patties. If you use a pre made patty, fuck you, you belong on a "worst burger" list.

Oh, and if I order a burger, and they don't ask me how I want it cooked, I'll change my order. I don't want a well done hockey puck void of moisture and flavor. I want some pink and juicy with my burgers.

Twisted Root is expensive as shit. So is whataburger for a fast food joint.

I'm sure there are plenty of burgers that are better than the popular well known joints.

Aww yeah let's argue opinions to see who is right! It's a burger...past a certain point there is no "best".

However, My favorite burger joint, while not in dfw, is top notch burger bitches!!! Charcoal fired and in a bad ass movie.

Kincaid's is fucking terrible too. No flavor, dry, no flavor, and dry. And no flavor. I'd rather eat cardboard.
