Ok so you get your license suspended and want to bitch about getting arrested for driving on a suspended license? Come on dude, it's not the cop's fault you decided to get your license suspended, he was just doing his job. Regardless of how many surcharges you had to pay you don't have to pay them in full right up front, you just have to bring them current and keep on the payment schedule. Sorry dude but I don't feel sorry for you, you screwed yourself over. I've been in your situation with having a suspended DL, I just decided not to drive untill my surcharges were current and my DL was reinstated.
