Try a dealership for a part like that.

C736 should be the part number at most autozones. Keller shows to have one. Commercial price is ~63.00 Don't know walk in price. Shows to be same part numbers for both the Gt500 and regular GT. The fronts of course show different and they do not carry the fronts for the GT500 for future reference..This was using an Alldata driven lookup. It could be wrong because I am not sure if the cars share the same rear set ups or not.

I'll look tomorrow, David, but I doubt that is available in the aftermarket yet.
This is the part i was getting at.
Very doubtful this part will be available as anything other than OEM, or an upgrade over OEM.sigpic

S&S is alright man. When I used to wrench at my dad's place, I'd pass up an oriellys and autozone to get to S&S. They have so good stuff. My first experience was when I was trying to find an ignition for my malibu.Originally posted by cobrajet69 View PostWill try soon. Keith & I took it to Cars & Coffee Saturday but wasn't able to show due to the biggest crowd they've ever had. Holy hell there's some serious metal out there.
LMAO
Know the area well.
Also, Keith (KBScobravert) and had a great idea. Call a Ford house and see if they'll warrant it.
I'll try that first thing in the morning.

Went to Oriellys, because I didnt know any better. I saw it on the screen. "Chrome ignition $30".... "Black ignition $-".
Hating chrome, and about to switch to black interior I was excited to inquire about the black one. The parts guy said "No can do man, police car part only" Weird as shit. Another customer over heard, and referred me down the road. Boom, $10 black ignition. Couldn't have been happier.
Knowledgeable part guys, they have many many part numbers memorized, and they wont ask your who makes a mustang.DE OPPRESSO LIBER

I'll look tomorrow, David, but I doubt that is available in the aftermarket yet.I always lol at the "can't find good help" routine. I applied at my local parts stores, never got a response and I know the managers. Hell, I practically know where everything in the store is and help people when the counter workers are stumped. Seems to me that they like hiring the people that are fucking morons.Originally posted by Chas_svo View PostDavid, you can also look it up online at O'rielly, napa, etc. Unfortunately, I worked parts for many years, and it was very hard to find good help, as it doesn't pay very well.
Sorry, no hookups here.
