Majority of Forney is shit. Not to say there is not nice parts of it, and not to say Rockwall is perfect, but I have a few friends that live in Forney and will tell you it is getting bad. The Devonshire/Grandview side is better, but the rest is pretty shity. Most of the guys from my old neighborhood that moved out went to Forney.

Devonshire is the only neighborhood I would live in north of 80. Travis Ranch, Windmill Farms and a couple of other areas north of 80 is where most of the riff raff are moving to. Generally speaking, if your realtor is worth their weight, they will tell you to stay south of 80.
