But it's just marijuana, and if he is under the influence of it, that means an attorney can argue the probability of him being the aggressor is highly unlikely. It's not coke or meth or speed or PCP. The shooter must have engaged the dead kid who was doing nothing but minding his own business. That is precisely what I find fault with. What Zimmerman did was not a good idea... however it pales in comparison to the stupidity of Martin - he wanted to thug it up, and he got every bit of it.
