They could just rule out murder because they didn't do a good job of proving it. The state did do a good job at making it clear that it was Zimmerman who initiated contact and without that, the incident possibly could have had a different result. Do I blame Zimmerman for doing what he did? Not at all and think he should be acquitted on all charges.
