Love it, my picture quality is awesome. Had a DVR box actin funny after several years and they replaced it with a newer more capacity one. Had one remote replaced after it wore out as well.

I would never switch to a static storm dish unless I just didn't have a choice.

I like it... just the boxes are cheap garbage... ive gone through 2 so far and one of the boxes in the kids room the hdmi port dosent work. I just use co ax on his. They are 8/9 they with litte 20'' flat screens they dont need super awsome picture lol. But they usually ship a new one in a day or so.

I like the record and watch in any room, but kids will have every show on nick and disney recorded lol

Also if you don't mind the audio going to auto "mute" about every 2-3 days. At&t Uverse is fine. Not to mention the freaking remote has a mind of its own. You push (4) and it reads it as (0) or (8). You push (MENU) and it reads (LAST) channel..... I like that I can get Speed and Fuel TV now. Where we lived before, Charter, did not have either channel available. From what I understand FuelTV is not on Dish or Direct??? We have had Uverse for the last year and when we move, I don't plan to have Uverse. Bills go up way to often, system goes to auto "mute" way to often, and about the time you get a few shows saved (recorded) the system resets itself and it deletes everything you have recorded.

If you don't mind the hassle of that, the service is great and I haven't had any major non bill related issues in 4 years.
If you're a smart consumer you will know the market on that product line and call them when they are about to increase your bill and tell them that you're going to switch if they don't continue the discounts they are giving you because "xx" company is offering you a much more competitive comparable package. Trust me, it works. That's the great part about not being in a contract.

I have three teenagers and we have 6 boxes. The ability to record multiple programs and watch on any TV is what sold me. Overall I've been happy with but CS can suck at times if you need something fixed.

It has a ton of great features that Dish Network doesn't have; however, the quality of the picture, even through an HDMI is sub-par at best.
