Mark Davis leaving WBAP?

Not sure if anyone here listens to WBAP in the morning but we've had a new host for the last two weeks - Ben Ferguson. Honestly, I really didn't care for Mark Davis that much, he was really annoying. Ben however, seems like a great replacement. I enjoy him considerably more. Let's hope Cumulus doesn't fold and give Davis what he wants.

I advertise on there from time to time and my rep said he is gone, asta, see ya. I also noticed that Mark was always on Fox 4 in the mornings, but seen him on either channel 5 or 8 just last week.

Good, I couldn't stand him, really annoying and always had dumb ass shit to say. Ben Ferguson is the shit, I especially liked the story how he a shoot out with a guy that tried to rob him.

He's still on Fox 4 on Thursday mornings. I have no idea why. He's awful!

I think I read in the paper a couple of weeks ago that Davis had said something that the network didn't approve of so they were not renewing him. I guess the Limbaugh wreck may have spooked them a little.

Is that right? He's pretty limp wristed... I don't think I remember him saying anything that offensive... from what I've read he didn't like the contract they gave him, I'm guessing it's over money and they are at an impasse. He still fills in for Rush. I just hated how annoying he was with his "tut tut tut" shit like a caller is his kid, and him repeating the same word dramatically every few minutes.

I dont listen much in the mornings, but the guy they put on at night is very annoying. Chris Krok from 660 apparently. I tried to listen to him at first but I couldnt do it.
