Who collects watches?

Try on a midsize watch. Omega, T/H. Most major brands have nice midsize watches for smaller wrists.

How do they measure it? Across the face? What is considered midsize?

My wrist is tiny. I have to wear a Skagen (at least that's all I've run across so far) or it looks WWAAAAYYYYYY out of place. Anyone got any good suggestions for a nicer watch that doesn't look out of place on a small wrist?

Nah, you can pick up a mid '70s date just/air king for around $700 if you look hard enough.

Several of the late 60s mid 70s NON gold base models can be had for less than a grand.
Anything late 80s and up will be minimum of $1000 if in working condition.

Sorry, I haven't looked at poor people watches in quite some time.

It is measured in the crystal size across.

Midsize can be in the range of 34-37. Full size is usually 40-42.
